4.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
A minimum of ৳800 can be withdrawn at one time. After a withdrawal request is submitted, processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. All applicable wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
4.3 Processing Time
For deposits, funds are generally added to the account instantly. For withdrawals, kh88 sends the funds within 30 minutes to 3 hours after verifying the request. During peak times or when additional verification is needed, this time may increase slightly.
4.4 Circumstances for Transaction Cancellation
Transactions may be cancelled or put on hold in the following circumstances:
- Applicable wagering requirements have not been met
- Payment method details do not match the account details
- Suspicion of fraud
- Account verification is pending
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus Terms
New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, for a total of ৳20,000. The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount — and this calculation applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,500 bonus requires ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 in wagers before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer can be used only once per user
- kh88 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected
- If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time after a bonus is earned, the bonus will expire
- Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled
- Promotional offers may have specific additional terms which will be stated on the relevant promotion page
6 VIP Program
6.1 VIP Tiers and Benefits
The kh88 VIP program has four tiers. Users are promoted to higher tiers based on regular play and loyalty to the platform:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
6.2 VIP Terms
VIP tier changes are at the discretion of kh88 and subject to meeting applicable criteria. kh88 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program or discontinue the program at any time. VIP benefits are non-transferable.
7 Prohibited Activities
